Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 October 2026
This notice explains how Axiom handles personal information on useaxiom.org, in its applications, and when you send an enquiry or respond to an Axiom advertising form.
Who is responsible?
Axiom is operated by Oluwakayode Jasanya. Axiom is responsible for information used to operate its website, accounts, billing and direct enquiries. When a church uses a shared workspace, that church determines how its members’ information and church content are used; Axiom processes that content to provide the service. Contact your church administrator about church-managed records.
For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, email iamjasanyakay@gmail.com. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive church content in your first message.
Information we handle
- Accounts: name, username, password authentication records, church membership, role and session information. Passwords are handled by the authentication system, not stored as plain text.
- Church workspaces: service plans, messages, shared files, published updates and other content you or your church choose to submit. Access depends on church membership and permissions. Content published through a public service link can be read by anyone with that link.
- Enquiries and advertising forms: the contact details, church information and answers you choose to provide, so we can respond, arrange a demonstration and understand your needs. A Meta-hosted form is also subject to Meta’s privacy policy. Submitting an enquiry does not by itself sign you up to ongoing promotional emails.
- Payments: Stripe processes checkout and payment details. Axiom receives customer and subscription identifiers, payment status and related billing records. Full card details are handled by Stripe rather than Axiom’s application.
- Technical information: hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, request information, device/browser details and error records needed to deliver and protect the service.
Why we use information
We use account and workspace information to provide the service you request; technical information for our legitimate interests in securing and maintaining Axiom; and billing records to administer subscriptions and meet applicable accounting obligations. We use enquiry information to answer your request and discuss the service. Where consent is required for optional marketing or a particular feature, you can withdraw it.
Church content can reveal religious beliefs or other sensitive information. Do not submit sensitive personal information in advertising enquiry forms. Churches are responsible for establishing the appropriate permissions and legal basis for information they submit. Prayer requests and other optional sensitive content should only be submitted with the appropriate consent.
Local storage, cookies and optional features
Axiom uses browser storage for saved work, preferences and demo data, and essential session cookies for signed-in accounts. Local-only content remains in that browser or device unless you use a feature that shares or uploads it. Clearing browser storage can remove local work. The standalone desktop presentation app can be used without a church account.
If you enable browser speech recognition, audio may be processed by your browser’s speech provider under its own terms. Grant microphone access only when you want to use that feature. Downloading an optional local AI model also involves a request to its model host.
Who receives information?
Information is shared with authorised members of your church according to the feature and their permissions, and with service providers needed to run Axiom, including Vercel for hosting and file storage, the configured database provider, and Stripe for payments. Advertising form information is also processed by the platform hosting the form. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the service. We do not sell personal information.
Providers may process information outside your country. The location and protections depend on the provider and service used; contact us for details about a particular transfer. See Stripe’s privacy policy and Vercel’s privacy policy.
How long information is kept
Account and shared workspace records are retained while needed to provide the workspace, resolve requests and protect the service. Enquiries are kept while the enquiry or agreed follow-up remains relevant. Billing, security and dispute records may need to be retained longer for legal or operational reasons. Deletion is not automatic when a subscription ends; contact us or your church administrator to request deletion. Backup copies may remain until replaced in the provider’s normal backup cycle. Local data remains until you remove it or clear the application’s storage.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal information. You can object to use based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some records may need to be kept for legal reasons. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. For church-managed information, start with your church administrator; for Axiom account, billing or enquiry information, contact Axiom.
You can raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In the UK, you can contact the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We will update this page when the service or its handling of information changes. The date above identifies the latest version.
